Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility requirements for these jobs vary depending on the position:

Educational Qualification:

• Member (Pharma): Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Pharmacy from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university.
• Member (Agri): Ph.D. in Genetics, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Soil Science, Analytical Chemistry, or Plant Physiology from an HEC-recognized university.
• Member (Food): Ph.D. in Human Nutrition, Food Safety & Controls, Food Quality Management, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Meat Technology, or Analytical Chemistry from an HEC-recognized university.
• Member (Research & Training): Ph.D. in Genetics, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Chief Operating Officer (COO): Master’s degree in Finance, HR, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum 45% marks).
• General Manager (Finance): FCCA, FCA, or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (minimum 45% marks) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• General Manager (Legal): Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from an HEC-recognized university.
• General Manager (HR & Admin): Master’s degree in Human Resource, Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, or Business Administration (minimum 45% marks) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• The degree must be from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university or institute.

Professional Experience:

• Member (Pharma):
  At least 12 years of professional experience as an analyst in forensic testing of pharmaceuticals, including supervision/management of laboratory activities in 17025-accredited labs.
• Member (Agri):
  At least 12 years of experience in forensic examination or testing of fertilizers and pesticides, including supervision/management of laboratory activities in 17025-accredited laboratories.
• Member (Food):
  12 years of experience in forensic testing and food safety analysis, with management of laboratory activities in 17025-accredited labs.
• Member (Research & Training):
  12 years of experience in forensic testing of food, drugs, or agricultural products, including at least 5 years of experience in organizing national and/or international training programs.
• Chief Operating Officer (COO):
  At least 12 years of experience in human resource management, public finance, and administrative roles, with expertise in developing laboratory infrastructure and drafting policies and regulations.
• General Manager (Finance):
  At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounts, procurement, and audit within the public or private sector, with experience in ERP/accounting software and handling tax-related matters.
• General Manager (Legal):
  At least 10 years of practice in the High Court.
• General Manager (HR & Admin):
  At least 10 years of experience in administration within public or reputable private-sector organizations, with expertise in organizational development, performance management, and procurement.

Gender:
